I started my new cycle today after maxing this weekend.
Today was my first time ever to do any band work. I have to admit, it was a little akward at first, but I liked it.
Speed Bench: 95x9x3 with mini's double choked down
Speed Seated OHP: 55x6x2 with mini's double choked down
Standing Tate Presses to the front: 25'sx4x8
Side Delt Raises: 10'sx3x10
Rear Delt Raises: 15'sx3x10
No videos today. Exodus and Trinity were there with us giving us help with the bands and we forgot to record anything.
My pecs and shoulders felt really good afterwards.
I'll sleep good tonight.
