Thank God someone finally said the same thing I've been thinking ever since I joined this board. The last time something was posted about this, I wanted to fuckin' go off, but I controlled myself. Now I know it's okay to let the next fag who wants to know how to look like Pitt, have it with both barrels.

Actually Mr. X all you have to do to have his body is eat once a day and do lots of cardio... ;) . You'll be just as skinny as him.

It really feels disgusting to hear that there is ppl who just grap the bar to look like someone or show off in the summer. Well its true that we have goals and so, but we shouldn't sacrifice this sport and take roids and eat like mad, just to look like some person. This sport has lots to go on for, but sadly most guys do it to enjoy their summer and put tht tight t-shirts on which looks like he got it from my 6 yrs old brother.

the brad pitt fight club did-he-juice thing has become a running, and tired joke on EF.

surprisingly noone brings up how looked in Troy. i am convinced he juiced for that movie. NOT fight club. in fact, he looked TOO jacked in troy. unnatural that somone would look like that in the era that took place.

I read (in cosmo, no less) that it was 18 months of 2 hour a day workouts with ''celebrity trainer'' / infomercial huckster Gunnar Peterson... a year and a half to drop about 10lbs of bodyfat and add maybe a couple pounds of muscle. Couldn't be done without some serious juicing imo.
