my squat sucks... any point of me trying it sometime in 2011? or would it do no better than basic linear progression with a deload week thrown in every so often (something i have never really done in the past and i am thinking this is why i get injured) ?
Got my Mendozza cds today! They do a Melvins cover at the end of a 12 minute song on 'White Rhino'. I'm gonna slice that bitch up (cause most of the 12 minute song is noise) and make a youtube of it.
