I had a pretty quiet w/end with the kids. They do their own things for the most part now. Caught the Jazz fest a couple of times. B-52's did closing free show last night...how that's jazz, i have no idea but heard it was fun...and hot 'n humid Be well my friend!

it has happened to me too. tech couldn't figure out where it came from but took a couple of days to get rid of it. my anti-virus at home sometimes blocks the site. I should be making better use of time anyhow.

Nice, ya I usually go to friends' appartment and they have like a UFC party. So I have been a little spoiled lately. But this time will have to go out to watch it which bugs me to no end.Yes ma'am I usually heat it on high for a minute. If Im really craving my carbs post workout I will microwave a sweet potato cut it in half and then put the microwaved banana on 1 half and MASH it together making basically mashed potatoes. Some guys on another forum tried it and approved.

It seems to be tennis elbow. really sore difficult to extend or rotate my forearm. Just lotsa ice and some rest but no time for that. Hockey has started and we're practicing 2-3x week until we make final cuts next week.

i was at a friend's who lives just off the western part of the island. a couple of his neighbours came over with their flags and wanted us to come out with them. There were lots of flags and honking.
