Purity Source Labs bombed my entire cycle

I was planning on going to a contest, paid a lot of money, and already bought my ticket, but now I have to cancel my competition. Purity Source Labs let me down big time. This gear that they sent me was completely fake. I've been on test, masteron, and tren for the past eight weeks and zero results. Suspected something was wrong a few weeks into the cycle, but I was thinking that maybe I would peak at the right time. Now, after reading some other posts, it seems like they've sent fake gear to everybody. I'm not the only one. What a shame. They cost me thousands of dollars and wasted my time. Now I can't do my competition till next year.

I’m new to the site but what really drove me to join the site and post is my experience with UG Freak. I WAS a loyal customer for 5 plus years and never had an issue before but the first time I do have an issue they let me down BIG TIME. They sent the stuff to the wrong address and then tried to blame me for It after I had given them the correct address 4 times. I was treated very poorly and with no professionalism. I received smart comments when I brought up the fact they were taking forever to get back to me. I had a minor issue earlier in the year and at the time I chalked it up to it happens. Now after my experience with customer service I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. The disappointing thing about it all is the fact I have the evidence backing up everything I’m saying they just refuse to do anything about it. I wouldn’t shop there unless you don’t mind getting stiffed if the package doesn’t make it to you. They take no accountability and their overall customer service sucks
