Good sleep and family time, nothing better than thatBeen at home for the last few days but havnt done a workout as my sleep has been all out of whack since coming off night shift,
Got home on Tuesday night 8pm and couldnt sleep, been playing with the family all day then went to bed at 7pm and woke up at 7am, thank god for a decent sleep,
Thursday had to take the car to get serviced and then took my eldest daughter to the movies and watch the new minion movie, and guess what, I fell asleep hahaha, got home and had dinner and then went to bed,
Friday, took the girls out to the shops, and will go to the gym tonight, im feeling good and sleep has improved
Few days off will do the body good anyway
