I sent payment /page&order vanish

I sent 60 dollars for an order and after I scanned the QR code it auto took the money then the page reset and I lost the order page and a new one came up and it didn't finish processing the order after it took the payment and no one will answer my emails. Please Help

Today my account was unregistered and deleted and now there is nothing in my orders. I’m out alot of money and the contact email address isn’t even active. Is there someone that can please help!?

Definitely some type of bug in the system. Have you guys tried going back in there and seeing what it shows?

Nothing it just disappeared and gave me a new order it did crash I sent the Bitcoin by scanning a QR code for an order that was made up of all fours is what I remember. But basically it was a small order just to make sure it's good as I've never bought anything myself offline. Monday I was gonna send in another order but wanted to make sure this one is gonna go through first.

considering you used a fake napsgear you can't do anything except learn from it and next time use the real napsgear
