2026 Quarter 3 Path to Finishing the Cut, Reversing and Growth!
Cycle/Log Outcome Goals:
This is the second of my 2026 Series of Logs, will be doing one each part of my journey to show my progress but keeping it clean and uniform. I have previously been on a cut and looking to begin reversing out of it, beginning a push/growth phase. Looking to build on the foundations prior to quite a heavy cut ending around the 10% Body Fat later in the year. This will show my progress whilst being coached by none other than @Coach R. AP

Current Diet Overview:
Highly Balanced diet consisting of 1950kcals

Diet is individually customised depending on Site/Home and has a broad range of food promoting Liver, Kidney, Heart, Blood Health.
Diet is supported by a range of supplements curated by @Coach R. AP to assist with goals. Consisting of Oats or Cream of Rice with Greek Yogurt and Berries for breakfast.
Lunch 1 and 2 consist of either a white fish (basa or similar) or chicken breast with rice or potatoes, carrots, beetroot, pineapple, pickles, kimchi, tomatoes and dinner consists of 5%fat beef mince or a rump steak with rice, green beans, red capsicum, pumpkin and sauerkraut.
We have a range of supplements promoting health and digestion including but not limited to vitamin k and d, coq, zma, berberine, beetroot, nac, tudca, dandelion extract etc etc etc the list is extensive.
I have recently added 20mg cardarine, 40mg telmi and 10mg cialis with occasional 50mg viagra for increased pumps.
Recently finished a small run of 10mg tren ace daily.
Bloods are looking solid, glucose sitting around 4.5 on average and bp in range.
Will try to keep posting up regularly. Have started a new log as old sponsors were suspended quite some time ago and figured id clean it up to keep everyone happy.
