Becoming Aesthetic: Trying to reach the dream shape by any means necessary (pics, bad jokes and women)

Let me introduce myself, I'm a ex brazilian marine who is now working with logistics and is having plenty of free time do dedicate myself to build the shape I always dreamed.

What kind of shape I'm aiming to?
Let me be honest with you guys, I'm a bit womanizer (a bit? ). So the shape that I'm looking for is the type that womem care the most, where u have a decent mucle mass and nice insertions.
I'm really not looking to get as big as possible in the shortest of time, I know pretty well that getting big and looking good in the eyes of womem are not exactly the same thing.

My main focus now is to build the following muscle parts:

Rear delts: I already have decent side delts, but my rear delts are being left behind, making my shoulders not look "3d" as they should when I turn sideways

Lats: it's crucial to build the "v-shape" that I'm looking for

Serratus: it's almost part of the lats, it's another muscle to give you a "3d" look on the conection between your chest and lats, it's easy to develop and makes a lot of diference on your shape.

Hamstrings: I just realized that I have weak hamstrings compared to my quads and glutes, which was making me walk a little weird while making my legs look a bit thin sideways, not to mention the knee pain that comes when this muscle part is underdeveloped.

I'm actually having a bit of problem sizing up, It's hard for me to eat the calories enough to go beyond 80kg. I'll pay for a nutricionist as soon as I can.

also chicks don't care that much about legs
they might not, but they care about your posture and having strong legs will help you with that.

talking about womem...

I just got a new job in logistics area and I met a girl that seens really interested in me the same way that I'm also interested on her, she is young (18-23) and skinny but having a great ass. I think she also go to the gym regularly. every time we cross paths she really stare at me, to the point of making me a bit shy sometimes :ROFLMAO:.

I'll definetely call her for a date in the future, I just need to get my salary.

you guys can make fun of me, but being honest I'm still getting used to womem giving me this level of atention. I was always skinny normie that most of womem ignored and now almost all womem just treat me really well.

I was always the one who had to take the initiative, and now I'm learning how to be the one who responds to that. It's a total different game.

Let's talk a bit about training...

I just train every single day guys, for real. I really enjoy training. Even if I'm a bit tired I'll do some kind of light training.
Not just because of I want to improve my shape, but because is like a moment of meditation for me, some kind of therapy where I can forget the problems a bit and focus on something else.

My training is being basically calisthenics, divided into "push, pull and legs" format.
I was already in the gym some months ago, but I had to stop because I was unemployed at the time so instead of just letting my shape go away I decided to learn about calisthenics and keep improving my shape. And things are going great since I started doing that.

It's interesting how your body changes when you start doing calisthenics instead of lifting wheights. I feel my shape much more dense and carved than before.

I will return to the gym soon, maybe next month. but I will seriously consider adding more calisthenic exercises into my routine.
 
Callisthenics can be great if done properly i have a friend who only trains that way and he is ripped and lean
In my humble opinion, it takes a lot of effort to build a nice shape that way, much more compared than going to the gym.
in order to put the volume enough to grow at the same pace of a gym rat you gotta be prepared to train at a level that most of ppl would consider brutal or at least exagerated.

like for example 12 sets of pull-ups (2 minutes of rest between the sets) one day, 12 sets of triceps on parallel bars the next one, and 12 sets of jump squats the other one.

it might not look like a lot of stuff but for someone who only trained in the gym this training looks quite uncomfortable at first. at least it was for me at the begining.

Women again...

yesterday I was playing around on facebook dating and I ocasionally matched with a girl that I already knew when I was applying for my driver license. she is a tall black girl with red hair and with a good looking face, she might not have a gym rat body but I like skinny women also.

another girl on my dating list to ask her out as soon as I get my salary lol
 
About my last training...

yesterday I decided to train chest at home, and I think it was as good as it would be if I had trained at the gym.
I felt my chest burning, a lot of vascularization and my heart was almost coming out of my mouth.
everything checked ✅

I did 15 sets until failure of inclined push-ups just using a chair. I also tried some techniues to activate the chest before the training I think it worked really well. it helps a lot to hit just the chest instead of the other muscles.

I also like to stretch my chest to the limit everyday when I wake up, not just to improve my posture but I also think it's widening my frame somehow. my body changed a lot since I started doing it.

yesterday I did just 6 sets of pull ups, I just felt tired and I saw no point in training 12 sets or more. rest is also part of the hypertrophy process, if I'm making less reps than my last training that means that I should take a break.

but I compensated doing 6 sets of abs, just lifting my leg while hanging on the bar. I don't know the proper name of this exercise in english :ROFLMAO:

it's incredible how such a simple exercise can make a lot of difference, I feel my abs burning like I never felt, when compared to the conventional abs exercises that hit much more the hip flexors than anything else.

This weekend...

Saturday I got early at home from the job and was thinking about resting a bit, my last night of sleep was terrible..
however my nephew was there and whenever he is at home he always ask me to play soccer with him at a soccer field that I have in front of my house so I decided to forget the rest and play a bit with the little man.

I think we played for something like 2-3 hours, just free kicks most of the time. I am not a great player so I took some minutes researching about how shoot a free kick properly just to have something to teach him (I'm teaching while I'm learning, but don't tell him :ROFLMAO:).

For my surprise he improved a lot since our last training, he was hitting the goal crossbar a lot more. It's incredible how fast kids can learn new things.

Training talk:

Sunday morning I just focused on my legs. I learned a new calisthenic exercise for hamstrings that are burning my muscle much more compared when I was training in the gym. Idk the proper name in english, is basically a hip thrust but with the legs more stretched.

12 sets of hip thrusts for hamstrings
12 sets of jump squats (both until failure)


the idea here is to pre exhaust my hamstrings before doing the squats, since they are a bit underdeveloped compared to my quads.

now the fun part. saturday when I was at the soccer field I was texting with the girl that I knew from my driving school.
the skinny black girl with red hair. let's call her glenn to make things easier. glenn was going home from work and she told me that her home is just 2-3 streets after mine
. after I told her that I was at the soccer field she decided to show up.
we talked a lot while I was also playing soccer with my nephew (it was a bit hard to give the both atention but ok lol).

since she was nice to show up there just to see me I thought I should at least took her home and be honest with her, so I told her that I really liked her but the problem is that I currently don't have money to took her for a date and I will just get my salary next month.
I thought she would despise me or something but for my surprise she didn't cared at all and told me she can wait with no problems.

my training changed a little. instead of training 12 sets of a push or pull exercise now I'm training just 6 sets and the other 6 sets I'm doing leg raises on parallel bars. I'm feeling my abs like I never felt, for real.
the other benefit of this exercise is that you also train your hip flexors, a group of muscles that plays a huge role on your posture and most of the gym rats ignore.

if you don't train then your belly will move forward and your overall posture will get worst, making you look curved a bit. your abs also play a huge role here, that's why I like this exercise, you just train both at the same time.

don't ignore posture guys, you might have a lot of muscle mass but if you look like a ninja turtle when ppl look you sideways you are still ugly in the eyes of everyone. you can say that you don't care about waht ppl say about u and so on, but that doesn't change this fact.

Soooo.... let's talk a bit about womem 💃

one thing that is perplexing me about womem nowadays is this new trend of training too much the upper part. I'm not saying they should only train the lower part and forget the rest, I'm just saying that you can ruin a beautiful shape if you exaggerate.

I know a couple of girls from the gym that are just ruining their shapes doing that and I have no idea why.

The more you develop your upper body, the more it will feel like your lower body is smaller. So if your goal is to be more attractive to men you should take that into consideration.

look at that girl for example:

she might not have a really strong back, but it looks masculine in my opinion. not to mention the lower part that is underveloped. if she had more glutes would be more okay.

overall? this girl still have a great body compared to all women out there, but if she keep training back hard as she is doing she will develop a kinda weird and unnatural shape.

why are they doing that?

is this some kind of veiled competition with men?

this is to show men that they are also strong and don't need us for nothing or some stuff like that?

does the problematic relationship they had with their father have anything to do with it? :ROFLMAO:
