General
Everyday before work consists of 300-400mg injectable carnitine + electrolytes + black coffee in hopes of shuttling and utilising free fatty acids mobilised from pre bed HGH. Waking up dehydrated and in absence of overt blood insulin, I feel electrolytes in this context, especially sodium (Na+) are important to stimulate activity of sodium-carnitine co-transport into the cell to then shuttle fatty acids into mitochondria to produce ATP via beta oxidation. This is my general methodology to enhancing fasted fat loss without using the kitchen sink and stimulant fat burners. During this time I’ll be fasted about 6-7 hours before my first meal, usually accomplishing 10-12k fast paced walking, moving, running stairs etc.
Mood is good, a little more blunt but definitely focussed. Have had a little anxiety here and there but might be more of a focus on smaller details.

Hormone panel is due to see where e2 is coasting at this stage.
Blood pressure is decent, averaging 125-130/65-80.
Full blood check, lipid panel, and hsCRP is due soon as well. I dare say I’ll be re-introducing ezetimibe at some stage soon to keep lipids tight, genetically they are sensitive (familial hyperlipidemia on my dad’s side of family). Empagliflozin will be introduced in coming weeks, I’m especially interested in this medication for many reasons including cardiovascular health (fantastic research available), and especially while I’m using the EQ to keep my kidneys tight. I may have to undergo a contrast MRI in a month or more, so an SS31 protocol may be in order to attenuate any acute kidney injury sustained from the gadolinium dye + equipose/androgens.

Chest and back training
Pre workout: 300mg injectable carnitine, 50mg sildenafil, 10g electrolytes, 3G taurine, 400mg L-tyrosine (no caffeine after 12-2pm).
Shorter session today but just enough to touch up the weekly volume.

Time well spent with partner + date night. Fell asleep Thursday before my nightly GH shot, so I used it pre work.

My appetite is insane! I’m at critical danger zone of eating a metric fuck tonne of food because of the equipoise - I’m scared. Other than that everything is going well and I feel great.
I think I’ll be increasing the Reta to 5mg hopefully to curb my appetite…I no longer feel full ever. Currently finishing up some infinity Reta and introducing apex 20mg Reta.
Physique is taking more shape and getting harder, rounder, full, and dense.

Calories
Slight deviation from regular eating plan, gotta have a balanced lifestyle too! Will be knuckling extra balls to the wall moving forward from now on though. Transitioning into lower fat and higher carbs.

Not bad actually. I think rice is preferred because of convenience but potato’s definitely make me feel fuller for longer and more nutritious so I flip between either. It’s also easier to get more total carbs in with rice rather than mounds of potato.

Sleep is much deeper and more restful since increasing HGH from 3iu -> 4iu.

My weight is hovering around 102-105kg. I feel at this stage I’m recomping nicely, getting leaner, bigger and stronger. Some fairly quick noticeable outcomes since increasing my Reta dose from 3.6mg to 4mg, I’m not insatiably hungry, couple stomach cramps here and there which is indicating a good effect so far.
Sleep is much deeper and more restful since increasing HGH from 3iu -> 4iu.
Both generously provided by @ApexLabs_ , GH and IGF blood tests to come during the week.

Not much to update, the Reta from @ApexLabs_definitely doing its thing and accurately dosed. I do get pronounced gastric effects the first few days after upping the dose, and especially so when I’m in the 4mg+ range. Feeling good and strong, weights in the gym are moving with ease and going up more on average. Introducing @Infinity Labs Mast P next Monday, which will be increasing my overall masteron load from 200mg to 280-300mg per week pinned 5x per week.

Detail oriented logs only to be updated on training days.
Strength has definitely shot up a notch noticeably and neural drive is spot on. Feeling and looking good on @Infinity Labs oils and @ApexLabs_ HGH and reta. The fat is melting everyday with this combination despite increasing my calories approximately +500 from 2800 to 3200-3300. Apex peptides are definitely properly dosed. Since increasing to 4iu before bed; my skin is looking fantastic and glowing, my sleep is deep and I feel well rested upon waking even if I get 5-6 hours, the water retention has been limited cosmetically I think thanks to the masteron, the fullness has been great and joints feel nice. Although, I do feel a slight irritation behind my left knee and elbow since increasing the HGH dose to 4iu, which I believe to be a some mild extracellular water retention putting pressure on my joints. The increased reta dose to 4mg weekly had noticeable shift in food control in the presence of the EQ after shifting brands to apex, but was accompanied with some decent GI cramping. Definitely a good indicator of properly dosed retatrutide. Very happy with the results and products of my sponsors so far, only 4-5 weeks in essentially and the blast and recomp is in full swing and cannot really imagine the results in another 20 weeks. I do get pronounced gastric effects the first few days after upping the dose, and especially so when I’m in the 4mg+ range. Feeling good and strong, weights in the gym are moving with ease and going up more on average. Introducing @Infinity Labs Mast P next Monday, which will be increasing my overall masteron load from 200mg to 280-300mg per week pinned 5x per week.

Strength has definitely shot up a notch noticeably and neural drive is spot on. Feeling and looking good on @Infinity Labs oils and @ApexLabs_ HGH and reta. The fat is melting everyday with this combination despite increasing my calories approximately +500 from 2800 to 3200-3300. Apex peptides are definitely properly dosed. Since increasing to 4iu before bed; my skin is looking fantastic and glowing, my sleep is deep and I feel well rested upon waking even if I get 5-6 hours, the water retention has been limited cosmetically I think thanks to the masteron, the fullness has been great and joints feel nice. Although, I do feel a slight irritation behind my left knee and elbow since increasing the HGH dose to 4iu, which I believe to be a some mild extracellular water retention putting pressure on my joints. I am sure this will resolve in some time and hopefully doesn't persist, but fortunately I barely feel it most of the time and does not interfere with training. General
Not much to update, the Reta from @ApexLabs_definitely doing its thing and accurately dosed. I do get pronounced gastric effects the first few days after upping the dose, and especially so when I’m in the 4mg+ range. Feeling good and strong, weights in the gym are moving with ease and going up more on average. Introducing @Infinity Labs Mast P next Monday, which will be increasing my overall masteron load from 200mg to 280-300mg per week pinned 5x per week.

Fasted first thing in the morning, utilizing lipolysis from the previous nights GH dose. 10g electrolytes + 400mg injectable carnitine + 150mg caffeine + 2g taurine.

Leg training
Extensive dynamic stretching warm up for all lower muscle groups especially spinal erectors and lumbar muscles.
Felt great on this session, things are moving more fluidic and more connected with the movements. Knee feels good.
Cybex prone lying leg curl
Really enjoy starting leg session with a ham curl movement just to get blood moving around knees and hams without taxing too much energy for my major compound movement. Big stretch and very controlled all the way through.

General
Officially switched out infinity mast e and begun using @Infinity Labs mast P 0.5ml (~57.5mg) mon-fri (~287.5mg weekly) increasing total androgens to around 1087mg weekly. @ApexLabs_ retatrutide at 4mg weekly is working fantastic and accurately dosed + 4iu apex GH nightly - what a combination. The additions of these two quality products at this dose are really starting to shine. Typical reta side effects come and go as expected for this dosage range, including stomach cramps and some pretty fierce gas expulsion from both ends, my partner wants to kill me.
Feel good generally, maybe a little tired more often which I am wondering if its from the elevated GH dose or maybe e2 is getting high since not using Ai the last 3 weeks, extra curious to see how EQ is influencing my E2. Still some slight irritation in left knee and maybe a little bit in my right shoulder. Just niggly stuff that will hopefully stamp out soon enough with some attention, possibly the addition of BPC/TB if persistent. Full hormone panel drawn this Wednesday including GH and IGF, no doubt an incredible result from apex GH. Physique/ photo updates posted every 2-4 weeks from now on.
