At 5'10", 175 lbs and around 9% body fat, you’re already in a very solid place physically. Getting lean like that takes a lot of discipline, so you’ve clearly done a lot right.
If your main goal now is strength, it might be worth asking whether you’ve fully maximized your training and recovery first before going down the route of something like tren.
Tren is obviously very potent, but it also comes with a reputation for being quite harsh in terms of side effects, especially compared to other options. A lot of people underestimate how much it can impact things like sleep, recovery, and overall well-being, which can actually affect performance in the long run.
Also, at lower body fat levels like yours, progress tends to slow down naturally. Sometimes the limiting factor isn’t muscle or hormones, but things like recovery capacity, training structure, and energy intake.
Before considering something that aggressive, it might be worth looking at:
- adjusting your training program specifically for strength (lower reps, progressive overload focus)
- slightly increasing calories to support strength gains
- improving recovery (sleep, stress, fatigue management)
As for timelines, 10 weeks is commonly discussed, but how someone responds can vary a lot depending on the individual, and the trade-offs are something to think about carefully.
Not saying it “doesn’t work,” but at your current level, you might still have room to push strength naturally with the right adjustments before introducing something that strong.
