I'm looking to get a little bit of an edge for my workouts and try some creatine. What would be a maximum dosage that I should try? I'm not looking to run too much. I would like to run something that is going to give me some good results.
Bros, back in the day I used to use a lot of creatine because it's cheap. When I was a teenager I used to go to the vitamin shop and buy it. I like it; always did good results on it.
