Rest day
Body has been in shambles since my leg days. I also dropped my coach due to differing opinions. Nothing personal our morals just didn’t align. However am starting with my 8 week health phase to get everything back in order. Looking to end this around 230-235lbs healthy and ready to grow. Will do daily fasted cardio on the bike for around an hour each morning. Calories will be at 2650 for the time being with around 1-1.5lbs a week lost in body weight and what everyone wants to know here’s the health phase stack
Test cyp 175mg a week
Mast prop 250mg a week
Proviron 50mg a day
Hgh 5iu split 2iu post workout and 3iu pre bed
Insulin weeks 5-8iu post workout weeks 5-8
Tirzepetide 5mg a week
Goal for this health phase is to have all my markers looking good and keep the physique hard and tight during it, after this, hopeful everything comes back good we either extend for another 4 weeks or go into a 20-24 week push phase using test eq and npp. For this health phase and push phase I’ll be using the troponiniq app to test out the AI capabilities. It’s definitely a little finicky but I hear it’s solid and am excited to use it.
