Good stuff. I would add casein shake + fish oil before bed. Eat more vegetables, perhaps brocolli or baby spinach w/ olive oil [easy to make]. Also, eat a piece of fruit the secon you wake up, then make some oats/eggs ects.
Popped my upper right hamstring yesterday during a sprint. Knee flexion is fine but hip extension hurts - I can almost walk normally. Anyone have any experience with this portion of the hamstring? I've prescribed myself rest, ice, elevation and massage.

I dealt with the same issue one time. Try dynamic stretching for your hips/glutes/hams: kick backs, over/unders, leg wheel with light weight. Then lower the weight a bit and build back up to where you are now. Try a wider stance and focus on starting the descent by pushing your ass back. Also...
My guess/exdperience is that those buns are probably not great for cutting. Maybe take 2-3 patties and make into a double or triple decker. I don't know - McDonalds is the antithesis of cutting.
