Joint friendly, machine-free cardio ideas

any recommendations for joint friendly (ie no running) cardio that doesnt mean a treadmill or bike??
looking for ideas....thx
 
Swimming, rock climbing wall, soft sand running.

You could also set up a low weight circuit, ie - front squat x 20 -> push press x 20 -> bent over row x 20 -> overhead squat x 20 -> push up x 20 -> good morning x 20 -> barbell roll [think ab wheel with barbell]

dam thats exactly what i was looking for....is that all nonstop or do i take any kind break in between the 20 repers?
