I think the rules for cutting will depend upon what kind of diet you are using...
A keto diet has much different rules than an isocaloric of the CRUM diet... Some rules that might apply to all would be:
1) eat less than what is need for maintenance.
2) drink as much water as you can...

Tuna in the packet tastes so much better than canned tuna... I usually get it in water and i keep it in my fridge... When eating it plain, it tastes better cold then warm...
thanks for all the help with the diet... I will definitely try and up the real food intake.... I will not start my cycle until I can get used to all that food... Would you guys also recommend mixing different types of protein????
