egg facts?

Eggs are the best muscle building food for the dollar.

12 eggs for $1 in most stores thats about 70 grams of protein.

Dont worry about eating the egg yolks. Although they have cholestrol in them it hasnt been proven that they raise cholestreol levels in the body when eaten by themselves

Whole egg: 70 cals, 4.5 fat, 1 carb, 6 protein

Egg white: 16 cals, 0 fat, 0 carb, 3.5 protein

of course that cant be true for every single egg. Remember, theres small eggs, medium, and large and x tra large. I'd say a medium egg white has 5 grams of protein. Theres no way a small white has anything less than 3 grams.

Eggs have gotten a bad rap in the cholesterol department, and chicken has been nearly unbothered. Chicken tends to have a higher amount of cholesterol than beef, but we don't hear about that very often. It will depend on what text is read, but it is at least comparable in what I have read. Eggs contain lecithin which is a fat emulsifier. Because of this, it has been found that not all of the cholesterol in an egg yolk is going to be absorbed when eaten. Plus eggs contain lots of vitamins such as A and E and minerals which are beneficial for heart health. So I think it's negligible if even existant risk.

If it's cholesterol you're worried about I'd be much more concerned about what happens with excessive sugar intake and how that affects the liver processing.

In addition to 4-6 chicken breasts a day, I eat up to 8 eggs per day in addition to drinking whey protein post workout and in the morning. At night, I consume another protein shake (universal milk and egg). Of course, you have to watch the gas. This can be overcome with taking plenty of ginger extract or high quality food enzymes. Interestingly, Bill Phillips was blasting food enzymes in his book, but many people would have nobody within 50 feet if they didn't take them when eating lots of eggs. Even though the milk and egg protein powder is difficult to drink because of bland taste, it has helped me immensely in developing lean muscle.

For every 3 whites I also take a yolk (you should not worry about cholesterol from egg's yolk)

I always eat the whole egg. In the past, I used to eat egg whites only, but I soon discovered that I was throwing away the most important part of the egg. . . .the yolk. Now, I eat whole eggs everyday.

I think.... research has suggested that eggs increased HDL levels and didn't contribute to increase in LDL.... but then, that was written on the inside of an egg carton so it's to be expected.

I eat HEAPS of eggs. Yesterday I ate 25.... yolks and all.

What I'd like to know, is.... has anyone who has consistently eaten lots of whole eggs (ie. more than the recommended intake) ever had their cholesterol checked and found it to be abnormally high?

When I get around to it, I wanna get mine checked just to be safe.... but I think it should be okay.

By the way, I'm on a keto diet.... I don't have that many whole eggs when I'm eating carbs as well.

100% egg whites in liquid form

She's pretty cool. And it sure as hell beats cracking each and every freakin egg. I don't mind spending the extra few bucks to just scoop out a cup of egg whites in one second than spending five minutes tryna fuck w/ the yolks.
