Eggs have gotten a bad rap in the cholesterol department, and chicken has been nearly unbothered. Chicken tends to have a higher amount of cholesterol than beef, but we don't hear about that very often. It will depend on what text is read, but it is at least comparable in what I have read. Eggs contain lecithin which is a fat emulsifier. Because of this, it has been found that not all of the cholesterol in an egg yolk is going to be absorbed when eaten. Plus eggs contain lots of vitamins such as A and E and minerals which are beneficial for heart health. So I think it's negligible if even existant risk.
If it's cholesterol you're worried about I'd be much more concerned about what happens with excessive sugar intake and how that affects the liver processing.
In addition to 4-6 chicken breasts a day, I eat up to 8 eggs per day in addition to drinking whey protein post workout and in the morning. At night, I consume another protein shake (universal milk and egg). Of course, you have to watch the gas. This can be overcome with taking plenty of ginger extract or high quality food enzymes. Interestingly, Bill Phillips was blasting food enzymes in his book, but many people would have nobody within 50 feet if they didn't take them when eating lots of eggs. Even though the milk and egg protein powder is difficult to drink because of bland taste, it has helped me immensely in developing lean muscle.
