I am going to start a fina / test cycle soon... My goals are to put on quality lean mass and not increase my BF any more than it is.

test prop 600 week
What are some other supplements that you would recommend to help counteract the side effects of the fina and help me get the most from my gear? I have heard good things about Magnesium for alleviating the pain from the fina pumps... I currently take a multi and was going to pick up some ZMA to help me sleep at night... I have also heard good things about cranberry juice sxtract and ALA...
How many sets per body part would you recommend while being on the sauce?
Why is whole food better than shakes?
How many carbs should I take when I have my protein?
