diet for fian cycle

I had a few diet questions for the experts...
height 6"2'
weight 250
bf 17%
age 24
last cycle (my second) was 2 years ago
been traing for over 5 years

I am going to start a fina / test cycle soon... My goals are to put on quality lean mass and not increase my BF any more than it is.
fina 75 eod
test prop 600 week

What are some other supplements that you would recommend to help counteract the side effects of the fina and help me get the most from my gear? I have heard good things about Magnesium for alleviating the pain from the fina pumps... I currently take a multi and was going to pick up some ZMA to help me sleep at night... I have also heard good things about cranberry juice sxtract and ALA...

How many sets per body part would you recommend while being on the sauce?

Why is whole food better than shakes?

How many carbs should I take when I have my protein?

whoa bro, you aer way off there get your protien form tuna,chicken beef ect,.......... way to many protien shakes your nitrogen retention profile will be all over the boards, whey protien absorbs to fat and should only be used upon waking and after training with a high GI card IMO

bro if you knew how to do math you would realize carbs and pro are 4 cals a gram, where fat = 9 cals a gram

so if you do the math

protien 276g X 4 cals = 1104 cals
carb 94 x 4 = 384 cals
fat 37 x 9 = 333

=1821 cals

that is not enough cals bro for a man your size learn how to do math before cycle you 250lb brute LOL.........

you will not gain anything off 1800 cals

i need 3000 cals to maintain and im 193lbs

if you you use tren, definitly use the cranberry extract, tren is very harsh on the kidneys. the cran ext. will alleviate alot of stress , i would also up your water intake. peace
 
Well, I can't comment on your cycle. But as for your diet, are you trying to bulk or cut? You won't gain anything off the diet you listed if you're planning on bulking. You need at least 3 to 4 grams of carbs per pound of body weight and 2 grams of protein /body weight. Let us know how your cycle goes, I'm planning on doing Fina and Prop in November. Good luck....
 
thanks for all the help with the diet... I will definitely try and up the real food intake.... I will not start my cycle until I can get used to all that food... Would you guys also recommend mixing different types of protein????

to answer some of the posted questions I am going to try an d bulk up but not get too fat...

at the most how much protein would you get from shakes? What kind of protein...

If I want to try and approach 400 grams of protein a day, how much protein can I get in one sitting.
