    saw a fence post in three, nail the parts to a piece of plywood.. put a handle on it like i did.. it's a platform that carries like a briefcase i donated it to my gym ,cost me 10 bucks to make.

    Zercher squats

    I normally wrap a towel around the bar.. some people just use chalk.. but if your bar has deep knurling.. its gonna hurt. Also.. i find that if i keep the bar as close as possible to my core, im able to handle more weight and it feels less awkward.... i love zerchers.. my new favorite...

    need a substuite for squats...

    If you dont have a squat rack.. then lunges with db's or the barbell if u can clean and press it. If you can't, try zercher squats if u can manage to grab it off of the floor.

    Wrist Pain....what to do?

    I had a similar problem about 3 years ago while doing bench... pain in the wrist/upper hand area... i ended up having to use a false grip while doing bench. However now that I bench significantly higher weights, ive switched back to a normal grip and havent had the same problems.

    Your pecs may not be as sore because of the way you do your exercises... back in the day when i used to bench bb style id never feel it in my chest.. only in my front delts.. but when i tucked them shoulders back and started to pile on the weight.. my chest just screamed....

    Viagra and Cialis

    cialis is better cause Viagra cancels out if you have a high fat intake within the hour after or before, also cialis prolongs over days so makes you a super STALLION wooo!
