Thai Dbol is more potent. I used to visit Romania before Nap was controlled. Bought hundreds of boxes of 20 tabs for about $1USD ea. Those days are over though...

Syrus has the same problem with the higher concentrations. I used the hot air from my car vent and it dissolved back in.

You have to do the best you can and work through it. The AAS will be hindering your recovery though, so reduce your training over the next couple of weeks. And add some Echinacea at high doses to help your immune system.

For Winny (micronized in H2O) I use a 25g needle x 1.5" long and stick it in the butt. I probably go in 1.25" deep. Withdraw on the plunger and a few bubbles will appear. If blood appears (hit a vein), you will need to take the needle out, replace the needle and stick again. After the bubbles...

Back to the topic... you can try cutting to reduce any fat behind your nip. This is what I did and got some improvement.

HCG 500iu EOD for 3 weeks starting at last dose of AAS

Try adding high doses of vitamin B6 and B12. And dont worry as scarring is very unlikely.

Personally, I would prefer to add 1000mg Dbol to my next cycle for the same $.
