500iu's of HCG every week?

Guys,
Im doing roughly a 16 week cycle of EQ and Cyp. Both at 600mg per week. I have heard that I should hit up HCG once a week at 500iu's to keep the boys normal size and to help with PCT, cuz I know I will be sut down quite hard. Any thought?

i did 1000ius eod during the 10th week of my 16 weeker....then took trib for the final 6 weeks and right into a solid HCG/Nolva PCT....helped me big time

Can do but in my opinion better to split it into 2 * 500 IU shots 3 or 4 days apart.

when it comes to hcg its better to split dosage... 1 shot every 3 days is just fine in the case of using th hcg during your cycle

i'd go with E4days, the halflife is 4 days for hcg

I think 1,000 1-2 times weekly is a better option. If you're starting before shrinkage occurs 500 might do it though.
