    you write one of your goals is muscle endurance yet your lifting suggests bb. your reps would be a lot more for training m-e. you also state speed as a goal. you need to incorprate some plyos. gain more cardio? what's wrong with it currently?

    It sucks coming back from an injury

    I'm going in tomorrow for one shoulder tear (labrum) operation and I think the other is messed up too...I'm sick about it. All those people who don't ever exercise, never need surgery, and then I think "I'm screwing up." Hope yours gets to 100% again.

    Knee pain when squatting

    I wouldn't squat at all if there is any pain, even when you first start out. Can you post a video?

    Whats the best online personal training certification you can get?

    I got one from ISSA. I believe it's a rip-off. The text is fine for most parts but the programming is very weak. The testing and seminar are bleeping jokes. You don't have to read squat to pass the test, just study the sample tests. I've read a lot since then and would now go for the NSCA...
