I eat hardly any candy...nothing real sticky just the occasional life saver...however ive had a cavity eachtime ive been at the dentist...the only thing sweet i can really think ive had on a constant basis are protein shakes and bars...the ones I have are pretty low in sugar but Im not sure...
Yeh I mean I havent felt sick or anything...and all the bars I have have either 35%-50% of the total Vitamin A supply for a day...I dont take a multi which would put me over...to me its just like eating foos with Vitamin A..your not supposed to avoid those i dont think

Day6(Sat) OFF
Day 7 (Sun) OFF
Am I working out enough? IS this too many days off total/in a row? Let me know your opinions! :D :D
