    USMC all the way. The best way to do sit-ups is do more. Try it this way set a clock for 2 minutes. Do as many as you can. Then drop it to 1 minute, then 30 seconds, then 15 seconds. Each time trying to pass at least half of your situps. example 100 situps in 2 minutes, goal is 50 or more...

    Take some time off, but go play some Basketball or Racketball. Just dont mess with the supplements or weights. You'll fine yourself refreshed. Also depending on the Supp you could have started to build a tolerance, IE fat burners or energy boasters which could be why you feel like shit.

    I think the best interval and by no means am I supporting him, but Bill Phillip's Body for life cardio intensity is on the right track. It kicks my ass when doing it and is based on the same concept. Also Muscle Mag had an article on Guerilla Cardio which is the same theory. good Stuff
