My 1st time was with a 25g. Didn't warm it but I did push a little oil out to lube the needle. Didn't hurt a bit. From then own, I kinda looked forward to doing it again. I guess because I was so proud that I could. I plan to use a 23g this go around. Hopefully it won't be any different.

Just curious, why use Nolva instead of adex with HCG? I chose adex to descrease estrogen levels rather than just block receptors.
