HCG during or after cycle?

From what I've read, it seems to make since to run small dose of HCG (250IU every 4th day) to prevent testes shrinkage, rather than try to recover them at the end of the cycle. But many say just run it at the end. Why?

Because HCG doesn't keep for more than 30 days, and since most people buy it in quantities of 5000IU or 10000IU, it's hard to do unless you enjoy wasting money.

use it during the cycle or at least in the end but do not use hcg during your pct
