I had tendonitis really bad in right elbow .. Started off mild then within 3 weeks I couldn't even hold up a cast iron skillet without being in pain... I had active release done by a chiropractic and with two weeks off it was gone completely that was a year ago. Cost $90.

43 6 ft 277lbs 22% bdf.
Been lifting for 4 yrs started out 415 lbs 60% bdf.
I want to do a test cycle to . 250 mg a week to start.. No stacking .
1. Speed up recovery time
2. Help loose weight
3. Build muscle .
Iam concerned bdf is too high and maybe be susceptible to more side effects...

3-4 sets 6-10 reps about 2-3 different body parts per workout... I am doing this for 5 weeks then I'll change it up to.
