R Robert schmer New member Jun 29, 2015 #2 I am currently doing... #1 chest/bis #2. Back/calves #3. Delts/ tris #4. Legs 3-4 sets 6-10 reps about 2-3 different body parts per workout... I am doing this for 5 weeks then I'll change it up to. Chest Arms Back Delts Legs 2-3 sets 20 reps For 3 weeks then its a week off..... I am seeing good results Saturday thru Wednesday..
