    I know what you mean,I have been drinking 1 1/2-2 gallons of water every day for the last 3 years.Once in a while on the weekends I won't drink much and I start feeling like shit,I get really tired and irritable,water is a necessity for me.

    I personally only do cardio to get past sticking points.When I start a diet program,I alway's drop fat immediately even without cardio.Once I hit a plateu,I start doing cardio and that seems to get the progress rolling again.

    I don't think increasing the dosage is as important than using different kinds of gear and mixing up your cycles so that your body doesn't adapt to the same cycle everytime.Plus it's more fun to try new things.:)

    I don't workout while I am on steroids.I thought that is why we take steroids in the first place,so we can look good without all the hard work.:D
