    evan though you didnt put any body stats down . do 5 x 5 again and eat at a defecit , consume 100g carbs a day and have all those around wo time , the rest of the day all other carbs from veg's , 1.5 g lb/lbm protein and the rest of calories from fat . dont swap to lighter weights n higher reps...

    48h in between muscles..not enought?!

    also age plays a very big part . im 44 now and need atleast 5 days rest till i hit the same muscle group again , squats n deads once a week , any more n my lifts start to stagnate .

    if your main goal is fat loss why not do your cardio fasted then have your whey n some carbs then about 30 mins later hit the iron . best of both worlds imo and this is also what i do .

    ive never even taken a photo of myself in my 10 years training let alone a video . if you dont beleive it then fine , why do you find it so unbeleivable , what can you curl ? 30 kg a side for a mature advanced trainee imo should be about avarage .

    does not seem to hard to me i bb curl(76 kg) just under my body weight(80kg) for 8 reps though the last couple are a bit cheaty . think d lift , squat , chins , pull ups, o h press n bench , apart from the curls its a good target to shoot for for begginers .

    imo the minimum that someone should be is 175 lb's at 9% or below . im not just saying that cos im 180 lb at about 8% but you see too many lean 140 lbers looking like 14 year old girls but shit THEY GOT DEM ABZ !!!!!!!
