    i'd say... on the workout front, u could do plenty of sprints rather then slow cardio. if u can get to a track then do some sprints with small gaps in between till your really winded and then some more. if u cant get to a track, then u'll have to do it on the treadmill. do that after each...

    hold on.... do u work out ED mon-sat? i know someone might point out that ur alternating between legs and everything else or that olympic lifters lift 3x a day ED. however, olympic lifters dont train like u.... so i for one cant see how that workout is going to work for u.

    technically, it isn't the muscle that is being converted to fat. just a muscular guy whose muscles atrophy and at the same time he gains fat.

    That IS overtraining assuming that he isn't including exclusive abs/cardio days. I also work each body part 2x wk but i lift/do cardio (if at all) just 4 days... i train lifts more specifically rather than body parts.
