Whats on the bottle wont do much for ya. I did 400mg/day my first cycle and got great results. Did 500mg/day on the second cycle, and it was even better.
And as said above, use 6-OXO after you're done. I used it for 2 weeks, and was perfectly fine each time.
M1T is stronger, but also comes with SEVERE sides, and pretty much makes you feel like shit the entire time you're on it. I tried that stuff for a week, and have never felt more like shit in my entire life!
