which is better?? 1-AD ergo or Nutrex 1-TU

1-AD is amazing shit. I've done 2 cycles, gained 10 lbs the first time and 15 lbs on the second cycle with almost zero side effects and no shutdown at all.

I vote 1-AD for the safest way to put on 10 lbs of muscle and keep it...

Thanks prime rib2, I value your input. All though I had purchased the nutrex 1 tu yesterday. So hopefully It will do just as good as 1-ad. I will keep you posted on how I am doing. Thanks again

OK I'm currently taking 1-AD,NO-Xplode,Opti men multi, Xenadrine, and I just ran out of Nitric Suspension and 4-Oh deca...4 some reason the 1-AD hasnt had as quick of an affect on me as 1-T-AQ what I would like to know is what are you doing with it to make it have an effect?

Im serious but before this I actually felt alot harder now I look the same but Im not as hard.
