    ive never been able to see and feel results as well as i have on a CKD diet. I do feel that without the carb up the results of the diet would be a loss of fat and muscle.

    Newbie question about Fish oil

    I use both caps and a healthy supply of yellowfin tuna steaks. I find it neccesary to keep my mental edge while on a ketogenic diet. Just keep your " breath aid" on you at all times ketonic diets and fish oil combined make for some serious stank breath

    working out irregularly

    I have noticed that Latley even though my work outs are very sparse there really is no change in growthy from when i started lifting and was doing about 4 sessions per week. Can it be,in the simplest possible terms, that my body has learned to more effeciently create muscle? anyone?

    the efa are certainly going to be some what reduced, however they will still be present enough to make salmon a great choice for your diet. personally I prefer tuna steak pan seared and very rare in the middle ( thus preserving many more of those lovley efas).

    I would highly recomend the empty stomach am workouts for those days when you may have over indulged on carbs sugars the night before. In genral though i think the intensity of early morning workouts should be kept low .
