I dont get sources off of email,dont need to.
I have no idea as to what inspired youre smart ass comments.I have been working out for well over 5 years now, it has all been one continous learning experience-i am always seeking to learn more and improve- and yes, I have my sources if i need them.
My sources will not rip me off becuase i know who they are and i know where they live.
