zero carb diets/bodyopus

ive done bodyopus and zero carbs for a few weeks and its the only diet to get me shredded and veiny...ive been on regular low carb and its not workin so now im back to really low carbs....anyone else do low carb diets and find that other diets dont work as well as they should? im wonderin if once ya go long time low carb that no other diet will ever work?
 
Its hard to find a diet as effective, especiialy if you are prone to excessive carb intake.the really great thing is i noticed that cardio became so much more effective while i was on this diet, the combined effect of the two can really be amazing. I would recomend slowly uping your carbs in sync with what ever cardio you plan on doing until you reach a level of about 50-100 carbs a day.I often do this and once i eat around 100 carbs a day i got back zero and begin the vicious cycle again. seems that i grow quite well using this method.
