i totally agree spatts. i didn't mean to come off like i was taking up for him. he's trying to become the monopoly in powerlifting apparel and there is no way that is going to happen.
the most torturous exercise i have done so far is: sumo zerchers off the floor. after doing them, i am in a mix of dry heaving, hearing voices, and stumbling around.
