    horror stories benching ?

    I used to get stuck when i was benching at home and had to do the "roll it down your chest thing" it sucks. had a friend benching, didnt wrap his thumbs around the bar, dropped 185 from full extension onto his chest. it bounced like 6 inches. i think he bruised his sternum or something but...

    i drink a shake with creatine whey and dextrose about an hour before my workouts, and also one right after. i have noticed a difference in my energy, especially on my later sets. also, does anyone know any real guideline for g of creatine a day? does it go by weight?

    I dont claim to be an expert but the prevailing knowledge seems to be go with something with creapure in it ( if it has it the bottle will say so) and you should be taking about 5g a day. i dont know about loding periods
