    not just pro's walk plenty of natural guys too, walking is a fat burning activity whether your 3 % or 13 %, theres plenty of fat aerobic intructors that do intervals all damm day long, my gym has a few, if all that HIIT intervals worked they would have been sporting six packs a long long time ago

    well ive done sprints HIT max ot and every other gimmik around and you burn sugar and calories, i rather burn fat from a physique standpoint, takes a bit longer but the results are worth it

    Does anyone here use slow walking on a treadmill for long duration for 45-60 mins. The article was over at BB.com and just recently i spoke to two other pro's who use the same method. obvisouly they must be doing something right. they said slow distance long duration burns fat most effeciently...
