    Today i maxed out in the gym and this is what i got please tell me how i did and what i should focus on the most Age:15 Weight:115 Bench:210 Squat:225 Deadlift:235 Im getting close to breaking the bench record in my school for my weight =).

    I was reading my new Flex mag. and it said you should train your calves 3-4 times a week. Shouldent it be treated like every other bodypart?
