    Thank you for your reply plornive. I was going to start with cardio at a lower intensity and as i get leaner increase the intensity.I like your idea with revolving the carbs around the workout and i think i will do that instaed of having my carbs in the morning when i will not really need them.

    There is no such thing as a best diet.All diets work to some dgree depending on where a person is at.I think for the individual it is a matter of trial and error.I personally think the 50-30-20 split (protein,carbs,fats)works really well.

    It is my personal belief that you can only utilize 40-45 grams protein in a given time period of about 3 hours.As i said it is my personal belief but i think that this is till a hotly debated topic research wise.

    I do not like your chances.It can be done i suppose by doing an ATKINS type of induction diet where you eat proteins and fats and no carbs.The only problem is you will only lose water weight at the start but it will shed some weight.Also try to get some taraxtone.Good luck!

    I think it depends on the individual and their tolerance as well as training routines and lifestyle etc.I recommend that people consume 1-1.5 grams protein per pound of bodyweight.Also it depends on your goals whether bulking,cutting or maintaining.
