So i buckled down and bought the Grizzly weighted dip belt off Bodybuilding.com. That thing is a monster. I walked into the gym and everyone was staring at it like it was some sort of medieval torture device. Anyway, i left it in my locker and when it was time for dips, i went and grabbed it. I...
Is it necessary for me to buy one of these like the Grizzly Leather Dipping Belt
or have any of ya'll made your own by just using a regular weight belt and chain? Just curious....
Yea no matter how hard you may train, u may find that getting that rock hard 6 pack may not be genetically possible. Some people just carry alot of fat in the midsection (myself included).
There is one quick easy solution...Save up and get some Liposuction
For me, I do abs and hit them...
Hey ya'll,
I was up late browsing and came upon an interesting thread in another forum. Basically, some scientists back in the day did testing and made a chart of the exercises that stressed a particular muscle the most. They called it an integrated electromyogram test. Anyway, they posted the...
Wow, 295 x 5 is pretty impressive. Did u follow the Intermediate program or the Advanced? I'm just curious because I downloaded both from Madcow's site and not sure which to go with....
Ok so I am trying to really get a solid Mass/Strength program going for summer that hopefully is so successful that I carry it on for the future. Now that I joined a gym close to my home, I can squeeze in an extra day to workout so I have been investigating into a 4 day split routine. Last week...

Also, I know...
I tried to read all that but it was too much. It seemed liked he advocates 1 rep sets done to complete exhaustion followed by lots of stretching???
Has anyone here done that program for an extended time or is this more for plateau breaking and to shock the muscles for another 5x5 type of routine?
Thanks for all the replies guys. Like I said before, many of u have vast amounts of wealth and it almost seems criminal that I get it for free on this bulletin board
I will stick to regular squats and suck it up. I'm angry now. I want 315 so bad I can almost taste it. I was reading...
Ok so here go my final results....1 rep max was 295. I have mixed emotions right now. I am happy I got this far but sad that I failed. Things I have learned are:
1. Cardio is not a big-bench killer..I do moderate cardio 7 days a week for 20 minutes.
2. Total body workouts are King. Although I...
