So there are no long term effects on the muscle from having torn through a vein ?

For any Doc's out there or someone with real knowledge and experience on this. If you do tear a vein how do you know and what are the major symptoms?

Give it some time. Start making use out of your quads and tri's for injections as well. It also is helpul to massage your injection sites before and after injection.

All winstrol is water based. I've never heard of oil based winstrol, there is no such thing. My fuckin arms are killing me but it's like they're growing before my eyes! Not sure how long I can keep up withj the pain, I sure hope it subsides with a few more injections....:mad:
