I agree. As you train your entire body, the fat that you do not need will melt away, and the muscles you are lacking will fill out. Your body will become better proportioned as a whole.

All I have to say is everybody is deifferent, and will react differently to things. Going all natural is always good advice, but some people feel the need for a little supplementation, nothing wrong with that.
