    tuna only

    this may sound kinda sick and twisted but i tired eating primarily only tuna for meals other than dinner (and that was whatever our cook made us at our house at school and that is satly) the diet works with cardio but the histamines in tuna cause problems with the bathroom.....be warned!

    i use the barbell and do curls off my knees. they work alot. i also do hammer curls with dumbells and barbells. i noticed an increse. bangin!

    your arms wil only get as big as your back and shoulders allow them too. get them bigger and stronger and your money. i was never a big fan of lifting heavy since i always have injuries. but i know for a fact when i lift heavy and i have all my muscles lifting hard my bi's blow up.

    I place them on my upper back. If i have a spotter I place them there or on my lower back. Its not hard to do it alone and just be smart about doing it.
