Tell me what you guys think. I go heavy every exercise and move up lbs in incriments of either 10 or 20

Mon
Chest
Flat Barbell, Incline Dumbell, Decline Barbell
10,8,6,4

Tues
Back
Seated Rows, Delta Pulldown, Bent Over Rows, Pullups
10,8,6,4

Wed
Shoulders
Military Press, Dumbells, Machines, Dumbell for Rotator Cuff
10,8,6,4

Thurs
Bis
Barbell Curls, Preachers, Dumbell, Hammer
10,8,6,4

Fri
Tris
Pushdowns, Dips, French Presses, Weighted Pushups
10,8,6,4

That is more cardio than anything and will cut down on leg size...unless that is what you want...to be one of those guys with a huge upper body and no legs. I, too, suggest working in a leg day into that routine.
 
HAHAHA.....no legs......dude!!!!!!!

Squats-3 sets of 6-8
Leg Press 3sets of 6-8
(maybe some leg extensions)
Leg Curls
Calf raises

Thats a leg workout......dont see no rowing/cardio there......seriously.........legs are important too......dont neglect them!!!
 
If you like the schedule you have(weekends off), then I would suggest doing biceps and triceps on the same day, so you can throw legs in there and still have two days off a week.
