Questions with chest

It seems over the years when i stop and start training again my chest muscles begin to sag. Is there any real reason this happens other than the obvious of the muscle breaking down and not being built back up? I would really like this to stop so what should i do? Ive trained cardio but i wasnt lifting then and didnt see any good results. could this just be a cutting problem and stick to lifting moderate to heavy then just do cardio afterwards? thanks for the help.

The reason why your breasts sag is because your fat

LOL!! A little harsh, but yes. Muscle doesn't sag. It's either there or it isn't. Yours is more of a diet/cardio problem. Keep lifting and do a little cardio after. You'll be fine.

humm, never been called fat before. thats a first. how about you, are you used to being called a neanderthal? or are you still learning how to spell? idiot.

i didnt mention i rep 275 so yeah its not a fat problem, its more or less definiton in certain areas.

Listen to them. Your muscles aren't sagging. When you're not working out or eating or drinking more, then you're probably gaining some fat. This fat is largely deposited on the lower area of your pecs. Plus, if you have substandard upper pec development, it will make them look even more out of whack when you have some fat gains. It doesn't take much fat to start to make you look differently, especially if you're pretty particular about your body and looks.

What does repping 275 have to do with bodyfat? Absolutely nothing. You can be a fat bastard and rep 300, it doesnt mean anything.

ok.. maybe it's definition in certain areas. But how do you get defined? you lose fat. maybe you naturally store fat in your pecs, but how much you can lift has very little to do with it.

Sorry about being harsh like that man. i would get defensive also if someone said that about me. Thats good that you could rep 275. Rep as in one, or fifty. I can also rep 275, so could most people on this board. Im an exercise science major at ISU, and im not in a frat (i don't pay for friends). Also the chemical makeup of fat and protein and fat are completely different. One contains 70% water, and the other contains no water. Start from there and try to lean a little on body comp.
also...yea i spell bad.

Yeah I agree with everything Wrestler is saying. IT most likely is fat regardless of the amount of weight you lift. You need to look into cardio and stress some shaping exercises for your chest such as doing some cable work. And any one who has "frat" in their name probably has BEER as their pre and post-workout drink.
