When I was natural at age 20/21, I benched 305 for 1 rep, and usually worked out with 225lbs. for 10-12. I deadlifted 315 for reps of 12 for 3-4 sets regukarly, and maxed out once in a while @ around 375-405. Can't recall exact weight.... That was years ago... I usually don't like to go...
