    I really don't believe pullovers are valuable for anything , when comparing the amount of weight you are able to lift with the size of the muscle you are training. I never feel that my arms fail before my back when doing heavy deadlifts, chins and other compound movements.

    At the moment my routine looks like this: MONDAY : Back/Traps TUESDAY: Shoulders/Forearms THURSDAY: Biceps/Triceps FRIDAY: Legs SUNDAY: Chest/Abs I think it's working great! Don't see any reason to do abs and forearms twice a week since they get a lot of indirect work.
