    Yep, take after both workouts. Glutamine stores are depleted after strenuous exercise so it is always a good idea to take it following your workouts. I usually take 5g before as well.

    Sodium is okay as long as you don't put both packets of seasoning in with the noodles. As far as carbs go, however, the noodles are a poor choice. I would go for lower glycemic carbs. Potatoes or brown rice are excellent choices and are equally as inexpensive.

    I love NLarge. The stuff tastes great. It works very well as a post workout shake. However, only taking a scoop won't give you much in the way of protein so I would still add some protein to your post workout meal.

    Usually I will eat a meal right before I go to work as well. Add the three meals at work, along with a couple after I get home and you have 6 for the day. Seems to work good for me.

    I would add more protein to your breakfast. Either double up on the eggs, or add a shake as well. As far as carbs go, I would go with only 1 cup rice at lunch. If you are still hungry, you can always add more vegetables.

    I wouldn't worry too much about cycling ZMA. Take it for a month or so then take a couple of weeks off if you feel like it. I do this with just about any supplement just to make sure that it is still doing something for me.
